Worst Services I have ever had. I was in college and taking alot of on-line classes using their cablelynx service and went down in the middle of the night and the person I called asked me to wait till morning cause they didn't want to go out in the rain but I still got charged full price for the month even though service was down for a few days. That isn't the worst part of it. I decided to cancel their prepaid services in the middle of the month when I went and got on the ATT deal of Internet dish and phone service. Well I am still confused about how they charge me another month of prepaid service I wouldn't use. Now I have a Credit Management Inc. a collection agency out of Texas harassing me about the prepaid service I canceled and come to find out Resort gave them my Social Security Number to these people cause they asked me for the last four numbers of it. The owner of Resort owns the Sentinel Record Paper as well. So I am calling in a lawyer about the harassment I am receiving. S
