DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC!!!!! We have a diabetic cat who needs insulin twice a day. I made an appointment to have his glucose level checked and dropped him off in the morning. I called later to check on him and they said that they had not performed the test because I had not brought his insulin with me. I was not told that he needed it. We made a second appointment to have him checked and my husband received a call later to inform him that the test had not been done because they were ""too busy"". I asked if he had received his insulin in the morning and they said that he had not. When I asked the clerk why she said she did not know why. These people are supposed to be in the business of HEALING animals, not putting them in danger of diabetic shock, coma or organ failure. If they are ""too busy"" to perform a test scheduled days in advance then they need to stop taking appointments until they get their calendar in order. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!! \r
