WE VISITED THE STEAKHOUSE ON DECEMBER 21ST AND IT WAS THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE, THE FOOD, THE ATMOSPHERE, THE SERVICE. WE COULDN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. WHEN WE WENT BACK TWO WEEKS LATER IT WAS THE WORSE SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD AND HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ARGUING WITH EACH OTHER, THE WAITRESS NEVER RETURNED TO THE TABLE, THE FOOD WASN'T COOKED PROPERLY AND IT WAS SERVED ON PLATES THAT WAY TOO HOT TO EVEN TOUCH!! WE WERE WARNED NOT TO TOUCH THEM, BECAUSE THEY WERE 350 DEGREE PLATES!! WHAT?? I SET UP RESERVATIONS THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND IT ASKED FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL, IT WAS MY HUSBANDS BIRTHDAY AND I WANTED A CAKE WITH A CANDLE, NO SINGING, NOTHING SPECIAL...IT WAS NEVER DONE, THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK! IT COSTS US A $228.00 FOR A MEAL THAT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET!! IT WASN'T COOKED RIGHT AND THE SERVICE WASN'T ANYTHING BETTER THAN YOU WOULD GET AT BURGER KING!\r
DEFINATELY A DISAPPOINTMENT FROM OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE!!!
