I was referred to Dr. Cain by my GP. He is thorough, caring and engaged, and he got me in for an in-office test while I was there so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. He gets five stars. The whole experience gets four. The folks in the office are friendly and responsive - while you are there. It is very difficult to reach anyone in this office on the phone. I ask that they keep in mind that people may be extremely anxious about test results, etc. and leaving messages and waiting for returned calls can be nerve-wracking. Even when I call billing it goes straight to voice mail.
