Review content:
I walk in with a new Vision Care card, and they can't locate my membership and they say they can't call the number on the card either, so they pretty tell me they cannot help me, while at the same time ""educating"" me on health/vision care as if I were a five year old. \r
\r
I left and called my healthcare provider, who got in touch with them and they then were able to pull up my account. I called this estabishment to ask what happened, and their response was that the fellow ""couldn't pull up your membership"". When I asked why they were able to 20 minutes later, there was no explanation. No apology. Nothing. \r
\r
I've been there before, and was treated fine, and I know all about bad days, but the complete absence of effort on their part to assist me was quite extraordinary. And when treated so poorly, the most appropriate recourse is to take my business elsewhere.
