I must concur with 'unhappy99'-its S***S here at Alden Ridge! They DO NOT fix anything! Your utility bill goes through the roof because they have not properly weatherproofed the apartments!! The renovations that were done here is a complete JOKE! I could have done a better job with my eyes closed and one hand! The Maintenance staff is totally incompetent!! The grounds are not kept up, they got rid of the landscaping company that was not doing much but have not replaced them either! They know that security is always an issue, however they do not do their part by replacing the lights that are out! Where is the concern? OH! MY BAD!! The concern is only getting your rent check each month!
Pros: The square footage is great! Seperate Dining Room
Cons: Crappy renovations, maintenance incompetent, does not satisfy resident!
