Review content:
Since moving across the country I have dealt with many different vet centers/hospitals. I CANNOT say enough about how wonderful their vets are esp. Dr. Lamar (Crossland) and Dr. Pruitt are JEWELS!! The breed of dog I have is NOt an easy breed as they come with so many health issues/airway issues so you must be VERY knowledgable and careful in their management of this type of dog. I would not trust anyone else with my dogs and love them to death. As I work in the medical field I too think interpersonal skills and your impressions coming through the door are SO important. The front staff for the most part are sadly stone faced and unfriendly. One girl likes to roll her eyes frequently when you are asking about something which as I am Master's prepared I DO not think I can be considered ignorant nor asking something foolish /stupid. That said I am also VERY well educated in the medical field which often with disease processes can be very similar in the management in a canine and what to look for. Carla and Fred are very kind and always friendly and wish to be efficient and kind. To the others it just seems like its ""just a job"" and a boring one at that. Wish something could be done about this...someone smiling and acting alittle enthusiastic even when you might not be feeling this way on any given day (as we all can). It is SO important first impressions and its rather ""flat""....
Pros: THE VETS are awesome
Cons: Office staff is ""flat"" and unfriendly.
