Review content:
I had Chem Dry of St. Louis clean our carpets Dec 2010. The tech was on his cell phone the entire time at our home. After he left, we noticed that a window was broken from the inside. Owner of Chem Dry refuses to acknowlege damage of $189. I used my person steam cleaner for small stain that happened after professional cleaning. The waste water in my cleaner was black. I realize the waste water will never be clear, but it was still black. RESPONSE FROM Chem-Dry of Greater St. Louis: After analyzing the evidence it was concluded that the technician did not break this window. Any damage that occurs due to our company, we repair those damages. When customer called about the window, she made no mention of the quality of cleaning. If there were areas that needed to be re-cleaned it is our policy to re-clean any areas of concern free of charge.
