The only logical conclusion I can draw after reading the previous two positive reviews is that ownership has changed or they were written by the staff of this establishment. I based my decision to visit this clinic on the afore mentioned reviews, and I was left utterly disappointed.
Upon walking in, you are forced to remind yourself of the old saying, ""Don't judge a book by its cover."" From the outside, the windows are tinted with a mirror film, and for good reason- the interior is embarrassing. However, with the previous reviews in mind, I remained optimistic.
I was acknowledged, more so than greeted, by an older man of oriental descent- the owner and doctor of this clinic. From this point, the encounter was nothing short of shocking. My girlfriend and I have a combined 10+ years of experience in the food industry, and I now manage a business as well as run own my own business on the side. This easily ranked as one of the rudest individuals we have ever encountered... for anyone in the food or retail industry, you know the kind of magnitude this statement possesses...
In short, the owner was rude, belligerent, and seemingly uninformed. I would NEVER take any of my pets to this establishment and I would strongly urge anyone considering this clinic to do yourself and your pets a favor- drive two more blocks to the animal hospital on Warner and Gothard.
