I have been a patient of Dr Lincoln since moving to Houston for 5 years. I recently had a back problem which did not require a visit to her office. I only requested her to call into my pharmacy a script for some mild pain killer and/or a mild muscel relaxer. She refused to do it without me going in to the office. I mention again that I have been a patient of her for over 5 years so me calling in and asking for this was not as a new unknown patient. Hilcroft and Dr Lincoln is not concerned about a loyal patients well being but concerned about how much money they can book to the insurance company. I highly recomentd tha if you are searching for a Dr that is going to provide you heartfelt and personal care do not look to the Hilcroft medical group. They are nothing more than a group looking for money and not in practice for the right reasons.
