I switched my cat to West Chelsea after a negative experience with another neighborhood vet, and I couldn't be happier that I did. Dr. Halligan and Dr. Mlekoday are fantastic, and the staff and techs can't be beat. Some of my favorite points: \r

1. They never rush through exams, and always take the time to answer questions. \r
\r
2. They also call promptly with test results and will spend as much time as you need on the phone to talk them through and understand them. \r
\r
3. They're extremely compassionate. \r
\r
4. They always have taken the time to discuss what course of action would be best for MY particular cat, and have focused on his best interests and quality of life above all else. \r

5. They've never tried to sell products or services--when they've recommended treatment for my cat, I've always known it was because it was the best option, not because they wanted to make money. \r
\r
6. They always return phone calls quickly if you contact them with a concern about your pet.\r
\r
7. If your pet has an emergency, they WILL get him into the schedule and take care of him.\r

\r
I'd really recommend West Chelsea without reservation. They're the best. I wish doctors for people were this good!
