Review content:
KM Builders added 600-square feet of living space to my residence. They revamped my master bedroom to include a 12x12 closet, added a family room, built me a linen closet, re-did the majority of my master bath, and enclosed an outside deck and made a playroom out of it for my kids.
It was a painless process, they interacted with me every step of the way, and did a very good job of keeping us informed. There was a setback at the beginning of the project due to rain, but some of that was out of their control. I've been happy with their level of follow-up. If it wasn't to my level of satisfaction, they did everything they could to resolve it.
I was 150 percent satisfied with everybody they had working on the contract. All of his actually employees that were there, I'm not talking subcontractors, were extremely easy to deal with. They did whatever they could to make it bearable for us, because our house was just a wreck for six months. It could have been a lot worse than it was. Whatever they could do, as far as being non-invasive, they did to help us through the process.
