I was given Dr. York's name from another neurologist that I had seen previously so I could get more in depth help with narcolepsy. The neurologist I had seen previously specialized in Epilepsy so he felt I would be better off seeing her. As it turns out while trying to book an appointment I was asked if I had seen another neurologist previously and I said yes and he sent me to Dr. York. The receptionist at that point said well Dr. York does not see patients that have seen any other neurologist even if it is a referral. So if you have seen another doctor and either want a second opinion or they sent you to a specialist then don't waste your time here they will not help you.
Cons: worst service ever
