Review content:
This is THE WORSE VET I've EVER been to!! First time I went in there because my PetRats have the upper respiratory almost all PetRats have, and they were having one of their flare ups, which I know Baytril fixes and any good small animal vet can just look at PetRat and listen to their lungs and know they need Baytril. But they insisted on unnecessary tests! Then did what I told them they needed - gave them Baytril. Then lately my female had a lump, so they did some tests again and said she had a cyst! I knew they weren't cysts, so I took her to another vet, who knew right away they were tumors by just feeling them an noting they were on the mammory glands, where they usually get tumors. Not only did they misdiagnosed my PetRat, but totally overcharged me too. First time I had taken her in it cost me 15 dollars and they called it an exotic exam. Next time I took her in it cost me like 50, and they called it something different. When I asked why, they first told me that the exotic exam is for small animals like PetRats, and the other exam is for dogs and cats. When I explained that it was a PetRat, they told me they'd have to call me back. They then told me i was a mistake the first time and 50 was what it shoould have cost me. ********!!! I swore I'd never go back there, but my new vet precribed my male baytril for his upper respiratory again, but he doesn't like their flavoring and loved Columbines'. So my vet asked them to fill my prescription so he would take his meds. After accepting the prescripting, the one vet refused to fill it because she hadn't prescribed it and she had never seen him. But the other doc had seen him and prescribed him baytril before - and this was a small animal specialist telling them he needed it - but rather than caring about my pet and doing what only made sense - they refused to fill it and now my PetRat doesn't have any medicine tonight! DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE!! THEY ARE UNCARING ******!
Pros: the flavor of their baytril
Cons: the vets and the office staff - dishonest, inaccurate, unknowledgable, uncaring - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
