I had a torsion spring go loose and decided against trying to fix it myself. Mike D. came out first thing that morning as promised - no waiting around for the cable guy. He told me he could fix the problem for about $200 but pointed out that my rollers on both doors were actually just draggers and that I was in serious need of a tune up on both doors. This was not a bait and switch deal. He clearly explained what he would do and I am confident he would have simply fixed the immediate problem had that been my choice. He worked with me on the best combination of discounts, did the work in about 90 minutes, and was super polite and helpful. No complaints and my doors are almost silent. I WILL have him out again before the doors get that bad.
