Businiess name:  Geist Station Animal Hospital

Review content:
This animal hospital is very unethical and knows nothing about customer service. I brought my dog in simply to be groomed and, because she was also due for her vaccinations, I asked them to vaccinate her while she was there. At the end of her appointment, we were charged $55.00 for a "wellness consultation" that I did not request or authorize. I never even met the veterinarian. The front desk employee argued with me and insisted that all vets charge this fee. Well, I have taken my dog many places and have NEVER been charged a consultation fee in addition to $70 for the vaccinations. Furthermore, if this is your policy, you should at the very least make your customers aware of this before the service instead of sneaking it on the bill. VERY UNETHICAL. And, on top of this, my dog was there from 8:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the afternoon. How long does it take to groom a dog???? She was very stressed when she returned home.\r \r There are many wonderful places who care about
