Have been really happy with the staff and the vets. They explain everything and really seem to care about my dogs. more

This is the best vet clinic I've ever been too. The staff is friendly, caring, helpful. Even when on a trip out of the country Dr. Metzger took care of an emergency situation with our girl and the pet sitter. I can't say enough about the excellent care and attention we've received. Also, have boarded there with NO problem. Pet ownershi doesn't come cheap these days and I'm glad that they check out all incoming pets to make sure they are healthy and don't put my pets at risk. more

This animal hospital is very unethical and knows nothing about customer service. I brought my dog in simply to be groomed and, because she was also due for her vaccinations, I asked them to vaccinate her while she was there. At the end of her appointment, we were charged $55.00 for a "wellness consultation" that I did not request or authorize. I never even met the veterinarian. The front desk employee argued with me and insisted that all vets charge this fee. Well, I have taken my dog many places and have NEVER been charged a consultation fee in addition to $70 for the vaccinations. Furthermore, if this is your policy, you should at the very least make your customers aware of this before the service instead of sneaking it on the bill. VERY UNETHICAL. And, on top of this, my dog was there from 8:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the afternoon. How long does it take to groom a dog???? I have complete confidence in the staff and doctors at the Geist Station Animal Hospital. Since adopting our puppy, we've had to make several visits there. They have always been compassionate and understanding of our needs. Instead of telling us the most expensive way to treat our puppy, they give us options. I feel they're truly there to help and not price gouge us. I would recommend this vet to anyone! They are wonderful! more

The best vet there is Jennifer. She is caring and loving and the staff was great. She truly enjoys her job and you can tell how personal it is to her. more

We had an emergency this week when one of our cats consumed a lot of chicken bones. She had to stay overnight at the hospital and the veterinarians were extremely friendly and informative. They called repeatedly throughout her procedures to let us know how she was doing, her prognosis, and also to discuss the costs involved. I never once felt rushed. They really are great people! more
