My wife's birthday was last Friday, and I was running late getting her gift designed (she had admired a very simple pearl necklace that we saw in a film). I was referred to Brian and when I called him, he agreed to create the necklace in three working days (I won't do this to him again). It turned out just beautifully, and my wife LOVES it. I have found the jewelry designer that I'll stick with for life!
The piece he created was not expensive, but he and his staff treated me as if I were their wealthiest customer - very refreshing in the world of jewelry...
