Ever since checkers was bought out by o'reilly's the customer service is real poor. We shop at o'reillys now only in a pinch situation if the other stores in town are closed. Thanks to the managers and the counter personell attitudes they have lost at least $900-$1500 a week in sales from us. The last time we were there the sales assosiate that looks part hisp/indian with the squinty eyes was on the phone talking about one of his friends that was at a party or something ....not related to work. The point is we patiently waited and when he got off the phone he looked at us and didn't say can i help you instead he turned to his cell and started to text, At this point I said to him are you ready and he got attitude with me the rest of the time me and my wife were there. Since then i figure the store has lost thousands because of that employee not to mention the workers are to clicky and dont take management skills to work. We believe if they did some changes and had corp. personell come i
