Ever since checkers was bought out by o'reilly's the customer service is real poor. We shop at o'reillys now only in a pinch situation if the other stores in town are closed. Thanks to the managers and the counter personell attitudes they have lost at least $900-$1500 a week in sales from us. The last time we were there the sales assosiate that looks part hisp/indian with the squinty eyes was on the phone talking about one of his friends that was at a party or something ....not related to work. The point is we patiently waited and when he got off the phone he looked at us and didn't say can i help you instead he turned to his cell and started to text, At this point I said to him are you ready and he got attitude with me the rest of the time me and my wife were there. Since then i figure the store has lost thousands because of that employee not to mention the workers are to clicky and dont take management skills to work.
