My family has been going to Dr. Rippie at Pennsauken Animal Hospital for 15+ years and have not had any complaints. However, recently I had to take my dog in when Dr. Rippie was on vacation and saw Dr. Dubin. The experience I had with Dr. Dubin was by far the WORST vet experience I have ever had. He actually refused to cut my dogs nails and told me to go home and file them with an emory board! He talked down to me and even gave me an english lesson on the meaning of 'normal'. Although, I love Dr. Rippie after this experince I will not be going back to Pennsauken Animal Hospital.
