I took my dog there, only to be rudely and LOUDLY asked by "Pat" if I could read English. I am a former English Teacher, and Native Californian, who happens to be visibly Hispanic. I was so angry. I asked for a manager, who tried to assure me Pat was not racist in her statement. I've been this color and complexion my whole life, and that was bull. Her meaning was clear. The manager walked me out to avoid my confronting the racist wench. Also, the rooms are small and hot. Bad for claustrophobic.
