Yes, the first time I tried them (when they had just opened) I was so offended by the receptionist that I later called and talked to vet. He Did "reprimand" the girl and she was much nicer the second time I (hesitantly) took my dog in. On a high note, I love Barb, the dog groomer, she is great! And I have had only good visits for the past year......Dianne is very sweet and always makes me feel like a valued client. Maybe if we complain to the Vets more about the poor service up front they will start hiring competent help. Also, keep in mind that everyone has a bad day.(week/month?) That being said, as long as the receptionist isn't doing the neutering and you like the Docs...give them just ONE more chance and base your decision on that visit and not just the reviews that you are reading here.....they might surprise you....
