BEWARE: CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES IF SERVICE NOT DONE ON CONTRACT NEW CONTRACT IS TO BE WRITTEN. THIS WAS NOT DONE AND THEY BASICALLY STOLE MONEY FROM ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE. Worse Service I have ever had. They charged me 1200 to replace the downspout from the sump discharge to the corner of the house. There was already a hole in the ground where there was a crack in the downspout and that was pointed out to Service Rep. I arrived home after work was done and noticed no ground was dug up except the dirt right at the discharge. Called rep and he said that he did not know what they did but if they didn't do what was on the contract it did not need to be fixed he will call me back in the morn. No call back. Put in complaint with roto rooter talked to George Mays he gave me half my money back (mind you after I complained and they collected the 2nd half after the work was done, a check was left at the door).
