Review content:
Even though I love my cingular plan I'm not fond of visiting their stores. It seems quite obvious that their employees get some type of commission. I needed to go in recently since we are due for upgrades on our phone. The employee was trying to get me to add several "new features" and kept going on and on about their usefulness even after I told him that I wasn't interested. I do like my Cingular service but wish I could shop for new phones with less hassle.
