I normally do not post comments on service companys but I wanted to tell as many homeowners as I could....My a/c went out on a Friday night at 9pm and I had company in from out of state so I needed help quick. I looked on the internet and found One Hour I entered my zip code and I was directed to Carrollton One Hour, I called and let a message with the ansering service and with in 5 minutes a young lady called me right back. I stated my concerns and she was very understanding and said she didnt want me to have to worry about the a/c when I had guests to enjoy, so she would have a tech out immediately. At 10pm the man called and said he was on his way, by 11pm my ac was fixed and I could enjoy the rest of my weekend. I have never had such wonderful service and at a great price and in TWO hours! One hour Is my a/c company from now on!
