Review content:
I want to commend the wonderful staff at ABC Pediatrics from receptionists, to nursing staff and a wonderful Dr. Chen who has always been attentive to our children's needs and getting same day appointments has been hassle free for us. Finding your office made us feel welcome in McKinney two years ago. However, in a recent visit our preferred doctor Dr. Chen was not available and we had to see Dr. Dugopolski. I have never met a less compassionate doctor for children. We visited in an effort to confirm our son in deed had Chicken Pox and not bites or something of some sort. Her introduction was bland as she entered the room. She was stand offish and as much as I understand that Chicken Pox are very contagious she was more concerned about her office. I will quote, "I need you to get out of MY office right away". How about something like "You should get home as soon as possible as you are highly contagious" as a token of respect for a 9 year old boy who this doctor made feel pretty bad. Du
