Review content:
I had just adopted my Persian, Furby, and received a free veterinary visit. They prescribed her the wrong ointment (which I had to pay for) for her eyes and TOTALLY MISSED a very obvious, moderate heart murmur. When I called them back to tell them, I was told, "If the pet was purring during the exam, it would have been easy to miss it." I flatly informed them, "Her name is FURBY, and I assure you that she was scared to death and clearly NOT PURRING." If they missed such an obvious defect in a simple exam, I shudder to think what else they miss. Eek.
