i love this place! There is more compassion and caring people in this hospital than you get at most clinics.! I have been a client with Desert Inn Animal Hospital for 3 years. I began bringing in a rescue pet to them from a local shelter for a FREE wellness check and have stayed with them ever since. With 2 more rescues since that time, I have to say, the negative reviews surprise me. I have had such a great experience with the Doctors and Staff there, they are always willing to answer questions and try and educate their clients on issues ( I was impressed that I was able to get some further info on my dogs Thyroid issues from the front desk staff!) The girls have given us great homemade recipes for our sensitive tummy puppies and I have had great interactions with all the people there. The negative feedback sounds like it comes from people that simply want everything for free and think of their pets as a problem rather then part of the family.
