Review content:
We used this company for the tables, chairs, linens, silverware, etc for my wedding. They were nice when we came in to figure things out. We put a deposit down, but when it came time for full pay they refused to take a credit card over the phone and we were forced to go back in to give them full payment- however, they had no problem charging our card after the wedding for our "damaged" table clothes. Drop off went smoothly however the pick up crew was rather rough. they said we ruined some tables that were warped when they arrived, broke a whole tray of glasses and forgot the runner. We called to rerutrn the runner and the crew had reported that is had already been picked up. We were not charged for the warped tables or broken glasses, but were charged for some table clothes and napkins. Seeing as how to their runners were not retunred when the crew reported they were, it is hard to agree to "their count is final".
