Review content:
Initially we liked our dogs going to Canine Country Club for day care. We took them 4 or 5 times and they seemed to like it. Then the 1st time we boarded them for the weekend, we dropped them off on Friday morning and picked them up on Sunday, after Canine Country Club gave them a bath. That night we noticed blood on our carpet so we searched our dogs and discovered 2 huge open puncture wounds. Our vet said it was from a bite and didn't know what day it happened. Canine Country Club did not tell us and when we called them the next day they tried to blame the issue on us saying it happened after the dogs left. Needless to say after them trying to blame us for this, the owner calling us a lier, and the horrible customer service we will not be taking our dogs back. Since writing this, a co-worker of mine had the SAME EXACT experience! The owner blamed them as well! Can't believe this place is still in business with such poor ownership and customer service.
