Review content:
Had a minor leak at an irrigation valve connected. Decided on R and S due to a parental recommendation. They took three days to come out and made the problem worse.\r

Then they sent the same tech back out again the next week who now had to dig up the entire valve box to fix the problem.\r
\r
At this point the valve box lid was broken (because he stomped it to close it) and the valve box was full of dirt. There were now 3 leaks.\r

I went in to speak with the owner politely and was accused of being a liar and told to 'get the hell out'. I called back later after he calmed down and told him if he didn't believe me he was welcome to come see for himself.\r

Instead of coming out, he sent the same repair tech again who realized it was leaking but told me he couldn't get to it today. After a third day of taking off work I went back in.\r

The owner was again rude and on several occasions while trying to talk to him he was shouting, cussing, and telling me to leave. After many cycles of him g
