I just wanted to let you know that my car died on me last night at Hobby Lobby and this morning I called to talk to Jerry at the shop to get some help and Rick at the Coit location said Jerry works at the other office but he'd be happy to help me out. \r
Anyway, can you pass along my compliments to Jerry for Rick being so wonderful and taking away all my stress and worry about how to deal with something like this. He handled getting a tow truck for me and in a few hours gave me the diagnosis and what needs to be done. (My husband is gone today and I've luckily never had to deal with car issues without him.)\r

So please pass along my thanks to Jerry for me and let him know I was so relieved to know I was in good hands and had the confidence that my car is going to be fixed by great people.\r
