I grew up in Northampton, the neighborhood that feeds most of this Vet's business and watched my parents take all of our animals there as a child. And for the last 14 years, as a young adult, I have continued to use this Vet, even driving over 60 miles roundtrip!I have to be honest with you and let you know that I agree with most of the positive comments posted, as I have had a good experience with them...atleast until now.\r
My dog was quickly progressing downhill and I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Rowe to discuss the options and a timeline. It wasn't until I was take into the exam room that I was told that Dr. Rowe was out on vacation and a "fill in" vet has hired for this week. I was outraged that I had made the appointment in ADVANCE and told the office manager the reason for my appt and yet no one even considered to call and notify me that the vet who had been treating my dog for the last 14 years would not be seeing us today to dicuss her death.\r
