Review content:
We considered changing our tax service (trying to cut back on our costs) and I visited H & R Block. Personnel was somewhat friendly. Was concerned when they acted like they had just graduated from tax school. When question were asked, they had to go to books or files to find answers. And, when trying to review codes from previous years (like last year) they had no books, and could not bring it up on the computer. It took about 5 minutes to decide that I better stick with a service I knew and trusted.
