Review content:
First time using the Auto Clinic to diagnose a rattle in my engine. The noise was my alternator bearing and the belt tensioner. They wanted close to $800 to fix a $229 alternator and $53 tensioner. That means they would charge over $500 labor for a very simple job. I do most of my own repairs and declined the extremely overpriced service. After I declined the alternator service, they rattled off a long list of needed repair including $426 for new front rotors and brake pads (they said I had 2/32 left of my pads). I again declined. I took my car home and easily fixed the alternator (took me less that an hour) and pulled my front tires off to check my brakes. I had over 3/4 of the pad left. The brakes were fine. At least the dealers I have been to are honest and seem to be less expensive. In short, I'll never go back to this place again.
