I have been dealing with Ray and Emily for a long time now and they have always been great to me. I am a journeyman diesel mechanic and understand very well working on vehicles is not a finite science. \r
Another thing I understand is that just because they put brakes on your car they don't have anything to do with your master cylinder failing a couple months down the road. It's a piece of machinery - it wears out over time. \r
I drive a truck with now over 200M and Ray has kept it going!
