In response to the previous comment, I think you may have us confused with a different shop. As an employee of Cartronics, I take any feedback in the highest regard. I searched for you in my records and do not show any purchases with the first name Ryan, last name beginning with an "S" and living where you live.\r
If I am mistaken, please come in so we can do whatever it takes to make it right for you. We warranty our labor for as long as you own your vehicle.\r
You say "...even tho it looks worse than when you brought it in." Did you bring us an application from a previous install from elsewhere. that you wanted repaired by us?
