I will say their work is usually very good and very clean, the customer service is horrible and my experience was not good at all. I bought and had installed 2 6x9s and a deck for about 900 the deck kept blowing out after they replaced it they tested my alternator and said it was bad so I had to buy a new one before they replaced the deck so I did. It immeaditly blew out again so they said something else was bad, another alternator. anyway this went on for about 8 more times over the course of 3 years since usually they take on average 5-6 hours 2 of which they're actually working on the car, and since I work mon - sat every time I came in I had to take a day off work, long story short it finally took the owner 10 minutes to look at the car and see that the fittings on the alternator were not rated for the power of the sub which they knew I had in there and had assured me that was not the problem they had also quoted me for at the beginning but never followed through. so today I fina more

I searched for you in my records and do not show any purchases with the first name Ryan, last name beginning with an "S" and living where you live.\r If I am mistaken, please come in so we can do whatever it takes to make it right for you. We warranty our labor for as long as you own your vehicle.\r You say "...even tho it looks worse than when you brought it in." Did you bring us an application from a previous install from elsewhere. that you wanted repaired by us? more

The are quick to sell you something or say that they need to up grade you. But when you come back to get something fixed so sorry the can't do anything for you even tho it looks worse then when you brought it in. So I would go some where else more

We have found that Cartronics has a great selection of car stereos, amps, speakers, DVD monitors, GPS systems and many other items for your vehicle. They are reasonably priced on most items and you can find some at a good sale price. They are knowledgeable of their products and the installation there of. more
