Went there for my appointment and found out my stylist, who I loved, had left. They offered another stylist who was a Master at highlights. She totally ruined the look I had loved. When I asked to speak to management, they were "not" available. I called the next day to complain. They said management would call me back. After speaking to Flonie, I was told either she or Don would do my hair as they would like to keep me as a customer. \r \r Don said he would fix my hair and I would be more than satisfied. He had a newbie wash & condition my hair. Someone else mixed the color, someone else put the foils in my hair. Don stopped by to look at my foils, while I was under the dryer and said "you are going to love your color". He snipped some of my hair, then handed me off to someone else who finished styling me. I never saw Don again. I did complain when they tried to charge me. The manager came up and said they would take care of the bill after I started telling new customers n
