I would stay very clear of this dealership. Any dealership that has to monitor posts to sites like this, is worried about their actions. If they were not worried about their actions they wouldn't even look.
You have to wonder how many posts here are initiated
by Boston Volkswagon. Just go to Yelps site and you will start to see the bad reviews.

My story,
I pulled up to Boston Volkswagon to have some minor work done on my Passat.
There is some parking over on the service bay side so I pulled over to the opposite side of their bays.
I got out of my car and as I was preparing to go inside, a tech came flying out of a bay without looking.
He caused a car coming down the street to jam on its brakes.
He spun around that car and tore up the street to I guess, their rear gate and literally, without brakes, dove into their rear entrance.
I,stunned, turned around and walked back to my car. There were
