I brought my car in to Dave?s a while ago because of a persistent clunking sound when turning. The technician diagnosed the problem as worn tie rods, which was a reasonable diagnosis. They replaced the tie rods and I picked up my car. After driving if for a while I realized the clunking sound was still present. I eventually brought my car back to Dave?s and they were very accommodating. I did a test drive with the technician and reproduced the problem for him. He was then able to identify the problem and fix it, and I was not charged for the second repair. They even threw in a free oil change. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating and very focused on customer service.\r
There are plenty of shady auto-repair places where they charge you for services you don?t need but Dave?s is definitely not one of them. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience and they are honest.
