We just moved back to Houston and had to go to one of our favorite restaurants here, Pappadeaux. We have 3 kids so we don't dine in that much but every time we order to-go from here the food is delicious. Micheal at the to-go gave me some helpful hints and saved me some money, it had been a while since I was there and a few things had changed on the menu. We always get the 1/2 gallon gumbo (special order) and 1-2 lbs. of the fried shrimp. Feeds the whole family with left overs, so the portions are good sizes. We love it and go every week but try to avoid weekends its REALLY packed.
