Review content:
This business has lousy business practices. I have been trying to end my contract, unsuccessfully for almost a year. I started by sending a termination request (downloaded from them) twice. "Lost" "never received"--the story changed, the auto billing continued. I contacted my credit card co., let them take up the fight, they got the same story, "no termination request received". I sent requests certified mail, return receipt requested, to my credit card co., to the club, to the finance co. which does the billing; good enough for my credit card co.--the auto pay stopped, no more communications until I heard from the collections agency they turned my acc't over to. I'm supposedly 3 mo. in arrears, with no written notification to me of anything. \r
These people are unbelievable--when I call the club, "the acc't is closed, but the person you need to talk to is not here." Classic stonewall. The collections agency knows nothing, only "pay up or we'll turn it over to the credit report
