I am new to the area and took my 2 dogs to this clinic. My Golden Retriever needed a kennel cough shot and my German Shepard needed a heart worm test. I arrived early by 10 minutes for our appointment. When I got there, only one other customer was in the waiting area with her dog. While waiting, three other customers showed up with their pets. All the customers were taken before my two dogs and went in the back with their pets. When they called me, they would not let me go in to a room in the back with my dogs. They asked me to wait in the lobby. I asked why and said that everybody else went in with their animals. I was told that what I needed done didn't require me to see the vet and that I also needed to have made an appointment. Well, I did make an appointment for the visit. It was the first time that I have ever been to a vets office where I could not go with my dogs into a room. I had no verification of what what services were performed.I would not recommend taking your pets to th
