I got home Friday evening, mid June to an 87 degree house. I called the number at 8:00p.m. and spoke to Randy who was pleasant and stated he could have someone at my home between 8 and 11 the next morning and that he would call me back within the hour to give me a more exact time. I did not get a call back.At 7:45 a.m. Saturday I called and left a voicemail on the system that stated a manager would call back within 15 minutes. I began to get worried and started researching other companies. At 8:30 I called back and after a wait on hold spoke to someone who knew my last name after I stated my first and was very apologetic and stated they had some problems but someone had already been dispatched to my home. Casey arrived at my home by 8:45 and was apologetic for the confusion, courteous and professional. The work was done quickly, and at a price I felt was fair. They charge a set, pre-determined and explained price for the visit and the cost of work done was given to me in writing before
