Review content:
Called them to request an air conditioner repair quote. They said they needed to send someone out to look to provide quote. They also said there would be a $99 fee for them to come out. I told them I would call someone else. The nice lady then offered to waive the $99 fee so I agreed. 2 hours later they came to inspect the AC unit. The man then demanded to be paid $99 for the inspection. I advised we had the fee waived and he should contact his office to confirm. The guy became irate and stated he would not leave without payment. I called the same number of where I made the reservation and they stated there was nothing that could be done but would have a manager look into this and get back to me. Meanwhile the repair man refused to leave untill we paid. I felt threatened and gave my credit card number to the man just to get him to leave. I certainly hope this is addressed my their management as I will not give up untill I receive my money back. This type of practice should be illegal.
