I had two Carrier systems installed in my new home last year by Adams Aire. We started having problems shortly after moving in and over a year later neither of them work properly. Our house is 85 degrees in the summer and in the 50 during the winter. It takes them days to weeks to come back out and redo what they should have done right the first time. The duct work is falling apart and the A/C units fail to stay on long enough to cool my house for multiple reasons. The units have counters on them and will tell you what is wrong with them. One unit has shut off 120 times for "possible Frosen coils" and over 255 times for "excessive static pressure". The counter only goes up to 255 and we passed that months ago. The other unit has shut off due to excessive static pressure over 255 times and the duct work fails to stay together. It isn't like I am complaining over a new issue and I haven't given them time to fix it. I have had 630+ problems with my units for over a year and they still can
