Review content:
Dr. Stetz should not be allowed to practice veterinary medicine on exotics. My guinea pig was brought in to see her after he became sick at an old age. We later found out that he had impacted bowels, which is a common issue for guinea pigs, especially as they get older. Dr. Stetz, however, did not diagnose him. Instead, she told us that he was "just old." She also clipped his teeth without asking our permission, and she clipped them too short so he started to bleed. My little guinea pig died a few days later, and I blame Dr. Stetz for being an incompetent veterinarian and failing to diagnose a common guinea pig ailment. If she had done her job, we could have done something for him. At the very least, we could have made him more comfortable as he passed on.
