I had trouble with a lock on my luggage. I needed a tool to break the lock. I was lucky to find a Hardware store near my Hotel. Metal Supermarkets had economy priced tools and I bought a tool to break the lock. They carry name brand tools at a lower rate. You can also rent power tools from this place.
